Job responsibilities

1、Participate in patent search and analysis, create high-quality and high-value patent portfolio, as well as maintenance and prosecution;

2、Conduct patent competitive intelligence analysis, patent risk assessment, and monitoring for drug pipelines;

3、Provide consultation on patent search, patent application, and other related matters;

4、Participate in and assist in major domestic and international technology transactions and cooperation, especially IP-related matters and due diligence;

5、Participate in building and improving IP management system and process

6、Support other daily business needs

Requirements

1、Bachelor degree or above, majoring in IP, biology, pharmacy, chemistry, medicine and other related majors is preferred;

2、More than 2 years of work experience in IP application, maintenance, management; large IP firms or pharmaceutical companies with IP work experience is preferred;

3、Patent agent qualification is preferred;

4、Good at communication and coordination, with a high sense of responsibility, strong execution and efficient time management;

5、Skilled in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English, with clear logic and strong language skills.
